Unusually flexible girls...

These girls are amazing! (And i DO mean the flexability and control!). 

I was actually in the crowd the day the pic of the 5th lady was taken (i think). I know she was amazing as i ended up watching her performance twice! She squashed herself into a box that was no bigger than a medium size microwave! If i can find the pics i will post them.

Whats on tonight part2.

WOW. Better than i expected. I am literally my harshest critic when it comes to my cooking. Just ask Vicki (Mrs Me). Could have done with either some extra chilli sauce or onion in the mix to spice things up a bit but other than that they were great! Leftover mix is being made into mini bear shaped meatloaf type things for the boy as i type. Just added heap of tomato sauce to mix and some into bottom of a silicone baking tray (in the shape of little bears), and smeared some sauce on top as well and into the oven!

Whats on tonight?

So the rest of the crew had hot chips, potatoe scallops and prawn cutlets for dinner but i didnt feel like that. There was a bag of mince defrosted in the fridge so i decided to make something up for myself. I had three ideas on what i might feel like:-

1. Stir fry style dish with mince, onion, garlic, carrot, corn, hokkien noodles, sweet chilli sauce.

2. Rissoles with above mentioned ingredients+ about 1/4 cup of grated cheese.     (I LOVE RISSOLES!)

3. Homemade sausauge rolls with above stuff+egg and my own blend of herbed and curried     corn flake crumbs to bind it together.

I went with the sausage roll option. Never tried my hand at sausage rolls before so it might be interesting! My feeds are usually pretty, well, not quite normal shall we say! Might have to update when i try one.....they nearly cooked.....

Just a whinge

Ok, so i was ridin home from work yesterday and i was coming up to a round-a-bout when a guy in a 4wd towing a trailer came from the left and cut me off. And i mean to the point where i had to jump on the brakes HARD. He didnt even look to see if there was anything coming. Then he proceeded to drive at 10kph under the speed limit till he turned into a driveway about 500m or so up the road. Dumb shit. 

Blogged challenge 2.

This may cause controversy and i welcome all comments/thoughts. If i was to invent something to make life funner and easier for me it would be the Kiddable. A carbon fibre reinforced "bubble", that can be carried/attached on a motorcycle to allow smaller children to enjoy motorcycle riding. At the moment the minimum legal age of a pillion passenger is 8 years old.  I would dearly love to see a system where i could safely take my nearly 3 year old son for a ride without putting him in danger. There are special seats for children in cars so why not something for bikes?

Variety

I do not believe that variety is the spice of life. How is variety even classified as a spice?? Cumin is a spice, Oregano is a spice.

I think that Salt is the spice of life. Everything just tastes that little bit better with as pinch of salt.

Where is this so called GOD? And why did i just write his "name" in capitols? If there is such a thing as a god then there must be an equal opposite, the "devil". Why dont people come knocking on my door on a sunday trying to convince me that he/she exists instead of just trying to convert me to believing in god? One can not exist without the other.
